These Terms of Service explain the basic rules for using the Zektrx website and, when available, the Zektrx software platform. By using the website or requesting access to the software, you agree to use Zektrx responsibly and lawfully.
2. About Zektrx
Zektrx is designed to help trade and construction businesses manage compliance documents, RAMS, O&M manuals, assets, training records, subcontractors, quotations, invoices, accountancy workflows, dashboards and related business records.
3. Website use
You may use this website to learn about Zektrx, view platform information, request pricing, book a demo or contact us. You must not misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, copy it unlawfully, or use it for fraudulent or harmful activity.
4. Demo requests and enquiries
When you submit a demo request or enquiry, you are responsible for providing accurate information. Submitting a form does not create a contract, guarantee access, or confirm pricing unless a separate written agreement is made.
5. Software access
Customer access to the Zektrx app may be provided through a secure workspace, such as app.zektrx.com, or another authorised login method. Users are responsible for keeping login details secure and ensuring only authorised people access their workspace.
6. Customer data
Customers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data, documents and records they upload, create or store in Zektrx. This may include compliance files, employee records, asset information, subcontractor documents, quotations, invoices and business records.
7. Compliance guidance
Zektrx may provide tools, templates, workflow assistance or certification guidance. These are intended to support business administration and compliance management, but they are not a substitute for professional legal, safety, accounting, tax or certification advice.
8. Payments and subscriptions
If paid plans are introduced, pricing, billing cycles, included features, cancellation terms and payment conditions will be confirmed before a customer subscribes. Prices and features may change over time, but existing customers should be informed of material changes where required.
9. Acceptable use
You must not use Zektrx to upload unlawful, harmful, abusive, misleading, infringing or malicious content. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, interfere with service operation, or use the platform in a way that could damage Zektrx or other users.
10. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable website and software experience, but availability may be affected by maintenance, updates, hosting providers, third-party services or technical issues. Zektrx features may be improved, changed, added or removed as the platform develops.
11. Intellectual property
The Zektrx name, website design, software interface, written content, branding and platform structure belong to Zektrx or its owners unless otherwise stated. You must not copy, resell or reproduce protected parts of the platform without permission.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zektrx is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, loss of business, lost data, compliance failures caused by incorrect customer information, or decisions made without appropriate professional review.
