- Evidence type and reference number.
- Project, package, system, room, zone or asset.
- Drawing, certificate, warranty or inspection reference.
- Owner, reviewer and approval status.
- Date received, date approved and revision where relevant.
- File link, export status and handover section.
- Missing item flag, action owner and due date.
Build the index during the job
